The guitarist and composer Moritz von der Forst is part of the
german and european music scene for more than 20 years.
The musician who lives in Arnsberg, Germany has worked on tour
and in studios for national und international well-known artists
as a sideman and has been part of many musical and theatre productions.
Since 2020 he is concentrating on his career as a solo artists.
Thereby he reflects his own musical roots, which are based in jazz music.
Moritz von der Forst is teaching guitar at the
‘Rock-Pop-Jazz-World’ faculty of the ’Musikschule Bochum‘.
He also gives workshops about improvisation nationwidely.
